Particularly good and fantastic location right by many shops and the park at Plaza de Espana, and the room was stocked. The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk to.

We needed an apartment for a longer stay, everything was excellent. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable and provided us with coffee/tea making equipment, a multi-channel television and a dining area. The bedroom was nice, had very comfy bed. There was a stylish bathroom with a roll-in shower, great after a long day.

We had an excellent stay in Seville short walk to the tourist sites and the river, many restaurants and tapas bars and the centre. Staff was nice, helped with everything. Truly fantastic building, where we stayed.

Looking forward to my next really nice stay in this apartment on vacation. The venue is good and fantastic, in walking distance to all the areas of the city center.
The bathroom here is a little small.

The rooms were quiet and the staff was accommodating; we had a really nice vacation stay with an excellent and incredible location, close to a baroque bullring.

The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful, providing recommendations and tips. The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance.
The lack of windows in the room was a downside, as it didn't allow for natural light. Additionally, the area seemed unsafe upon arrival, but it turned out to be a lovely area with closed restaurants on Monday.
